ÝUnless described as "retail or accessory kit included" all products are OEM.
An OEM product will not come with a manual or drivers unless otherwise described.

ÝUnless stated otherwise all products are warranted for a minimum of 1 year to 5 years manufacture warranty if applied. ÝMARQUIS COMPUTERS make no warranties - express or implied - as to the merchantability of any product or its
fitness for a particular application.

We cannot be held responsible for Ýfinancial loss or damage to equipment arising from the use or inability to use a particular product. ÝWe are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from breach of warranty or any other legal theory even if MARQUIS COMPUTERS or one of its associates has been notified of such a possibility.

 

The warranty offered with OEM products may differ from that of the Retail equivalent. ÝWe cover most products for a 1-year period after which the customer needs to contact the manufacturer if there is still warranty time left.

 

There are NO REFUNDS after 30 days. ÝAll returns after 5 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

ÝSeller will make every effort to complete shipment of the goods described herein, but in no event shall Seller be liable for any loss or damage, for any delay in delivery due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, fire, acts of God, public enemy, or acts of governmental bodies or agencies.

ÝYEAR 2000 DISCLAIMER.

ÝSeller makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to the Year 2000 compatibility of goods sold by Seller. Seller expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to the goods sold by Seller, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Seller, its directors, officers, employees or representatives be liable for special, indirect consequential, or punitive damages relating to the Year 2000 compatibility of the goods sold under these terms and conditions

ÝOPEN INVOICE

ÝOpen Invoices are due and payable in accordance with terms on invoice. Interest of 0.05% per day (18.25% annually) on any past due invoice. A $25 fee will be charged for all return checks. The purchaser

Ýagrees to pay all collection cost, Attorney's fee, and court costs incurred if an overdue account is assigned for collection, or if MARQUIS COMPUTERS or its owner initiates lawsuit. All products remain the property of MARQUIS COMPUTERS until they are paid for in full.

ÝJURISDICTION AND VENUE.

ÝSeller and Buyer designate and accept Orange County, California to be the proper jurisdiction and venue for any suit or action arising out of this transaction Buyer and Seller each consent to personal jurisdiction in Ýsuch venue for a proceeding and agree that it may be served with process in any action with respect to this transaction by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, or to its registered agent for service of process in California.

ÝAll Information provided to MARQUIS COMPUTERS is strictly to process of your order, and will not be shared or sold to any agencies. If an invoice is overdue and is not paid in a reasonable time, information will be forwarded to Collection Agencies.
